Arabic Coffee the Bedouin Way

The beans are slowly roasted over the fire and must be stirred continually.

The coffee beans are ground with a mortar and pestle. Then the cardamom seeds are are ground.

Pour the coffee from the Dallah using the left hand and serve the cup  with  the right hand.
